1. Agreement

By accessing or using SEOPLUSWEB ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEOPLUSWEB provides SEO and visibility intelligence services, including but not limited to local SEO optimization, AI search visibility, and related analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data and content. We retain ownership of our platform, technology, and methodologies. Content we create for you under a paid agreement is licensed to you for use in connection with the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOPLUSWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
